Tournament Monday 7/31/06 hosted by Kitaras

This tournament is a 7x tournament which shall be held at the tower at the following corridantes 131 34' S; 43 22' E. This is Deas's tower located south of the Trinsic moongate.
There will be a 5k entrance fee for fighters wishing to enter this entrance fee will go towards the pot for the tournament with a additional 20-50k thrown in and possibly a power or vanq weapon.
Rules are as follows.
0. All fighters must have atlast 80 INT.1. Magic weapons, armor, and items are disallowed2. No summoning or pets3. No field spells4. Stealing is disallowed5. No poisoned weapons6. No precasting of any spells before a fight shall be allowed.7. orange petals are not allowed8. Pets shall not be allowed into the tower please do not bring them.9. Hideing is disallowed while fighting.10. No potions are allowed besides refresh potions, which you may have unlimited of.11. No weapon/wrestling special moves are allowed, thus no crushing blow, concussions, para blows, disarms, or stun punching is allowed.
The goal of this new tournament ruleset is to create a fairly balanced 7x Mage type of tournament that will not favor anyone type of Mage template the most.
Registration will begin at 8:30 pm EST and run until 9:00 pm EST.

Kitaras was kind enough to host a tournament last night. Though the server suffered three crashes during the event Kitaras and the fighters still managed to finish with Captain Pirate comming out the Champion. Carnage! Murder! Mayhem! And...Orcs? Earlier today a mob of Orchish invaders stormed Lord British's Castle to take the king hostage. The event quickly turned into a chaotic battle to save the king. Was he saved though? Click here for the full report from Burzark.

Numerous reports are flying in from trinsic about a territorial battle. The Tomb Kings are beggining their expansion into the city and their first military target was the yellow sector currently being held by the Trinsican army. Noc gives his report here
