Reds suffer statloss if they res with 5 short term murder counts or more. But at each death a murderer with over 5 counts will be asked if they wish to attend Angel Island. Upon selecting this option the person will be ressurected with no penalties.
Q:What is Angel Island?
A small jail setup off the coast of Yew. Counts decay faster here, 4 Hours for Shorts 20 Hours for Longs. Escape might be possible but no one is really sure!

No, but precasting is.

They're not exactly rolling in cash. If the admins deem it inappropriate, then they can remove it, and I won't do it anymore.
