We've added the OSI Special Dye colors to Angel Island, but as craftable dyes, and not the 'Special Dye Tub'. Alchemists use the proper materials to create dyes to use on regular dye tubs, which will set that dye tub to that specific special color. This means, the special dye tubs colors is not changable.

Note: You may use color swatches, purchased from NPC Tailors, to test your special tubs without using charges.
