• Commission based vendors
    Commission based vendors are now online.
    To convert your vendor to a commission based vendor you’ll need to purchase a vendor renegotiation contract from the innkeeper. Applying (double clicking) this contract will renegotiate the contract you currently have with your vendor such that she will begin working on commission.
    Commission based vendors work as follows:
    1. they charge a minimum wage of 20 gold per UO Day
    2. they charge a 7% commission on each item sold
    3. they charge a 7% restocking fee if you need to move/remove/reprice an item
      There is a 1 hour grace period in which there is no restocking charge. Each time you pickup that item within the grace period, the timer is reset and you have an additional hour.
    4. You cannot pickup not-for-sale containers that contain for-sale items.
      Because of the ease of accidentally picking up a not-for-sale container and incurring possibly huge restocking fees, not-for-sale containers must now be emptied before they can be picked up. (Your vendor will tell you this.)
