Episode #18: Boat Surprise!
Setup: Some days even the most routine things turn into a nice little adventure. Today was such a day for Captain Kimball and Regulus.

Arr! what’s this?… A fellow who be havin a similar reputation as me… do ye be a pirate?

Er… naked on the sea? Must be getting some sun for that milky white skin!!!

After getting me ship positioned for lootin he be wakin up…

What’s this? LOOT BE IN THE HOLD!!!!
Arr… but the ship be locked!!!

After takin everything I be able to carry from his corpse (including a key) I sent for me cousin Regulus to come dock the boat….

Regulus quickly arrives on the scene and immediately gets surprised by “Giant.”
Ah well… *gives count*

Ack! My ears do burn!
Why are they always surprised when they get counts?

Now that’s love. Normally I would have admitted defeat and left as I’d gotten most of the loot… but his caring and thoughtful remarks have persuaded me to stay.

While thinking of what to do Giant tried to dock the boat…

*IDEA*

Apparently Giant decided not to bring
a key as I was able to gain enough control of the boat to take us all the way from the north end of
Just as we hit land two unfortunate things happened: 1) The guards didn’t whack him and 2) my computer crashed…
I quickly restarted (and forgot to turn on my screen shot program) and found that we were back out to sea.
After piloting us back to Nu’Jelm Giant and I resumed arguing for control… after a time he appeared to give up and let us sit there… trying to wait me out, eh?
A help stuck, a quick res, and….

SURPRISE!!!!

Unfortunately for me I had been in such a rush to get back that I hadn’t let my mana completely regenerate and I had some issues with casting field spells in guardzone… Needless to say he got away…

But who owns the boat?
